Looking to find a CPA/Tax - Corporate Strategist with tax experience to ensure we setup our US operations with the best taxation strategy for a Canadian citizen.  Goal is to have 100 doors by end of 2018 and want to ensure the right corporate and tax structures are in place to ensure taxes are optimized.  Our first property is in Ohio and looking to expand from there.

Thanks in advance for any help and suggested contacts.

You might contact your local office of one of the National Firms (i.e., Deloitte, PWC, KPMG, etc.), and ask to very briefly speak with a tax partner. I would let them know you are looking for a referral of a solid tax practitioner that handles US Canada Cross Border specifically for smaller real estate investors. The National Firm billing rates would very likely be out of reach for anyone but larger prospective corporate clients, but Partners in these firms often work closely with other local practitioners that you could budget successfully for.
