I'll let a doctor move in early who has great credit, ability to pay, has reserves, I know the can qualify for a loan, and they a much less likely to cause some fuss or run and hide from financial demands.

She's becoming a Veterinarian Doctor & she goes in the surgical room & my income pays her expenses but not extra expenditures.  

There are certain professions (Doctors, Lawyers, unsure about others) where there are lenders out there who will qualify you for a loan based off of an offer of employment.

I am a housewife, although I graduated as a medical doctor, but neither my husband (also a doctor, guatemalan) or myself could start working in the US right away. 

After I separated from the military I returned to school at ASU and graduated in Kinesiology and from there I went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern AZ University in 2014 and I have been working in the field since then.

I have a doctorate degree, thus I think I have enough formal school and certainly don't want any more.

Had a full kitchen, courtyard, and various specialties that would come in on a regular basis to treat the patients like different doctors and physical therapists.
