Real Estate Agent vs Mortgage Broker
So most the advice I've read about is having a stable job so your able to fund your RE investments is a good idea. Obviously I don't just want any job unless it pays really well so I'm deciding on whether to pursue mortgage broker or an actual real estate agent to not only fund but also gain info on how certain dynamics of RE investments actually work. Any input on my situation or any other careers I should consider that would help me be successful?
