We are also targeting areas with popular outdoor activities such as rock climbing, river kayaking, mountain biking, fishing, and hiking, which are all excellent ways to experience our amazing region, and therefore also reasons why people visit. 

So for us to have the ability to travel, ski, rock climb, and backpack whenever we want in our twenties still is a major win, I think :)Our very last paycheck!

We were lucky enough to have a rent controlled apartment, but those friends of mine who did not saw their rents steadily climb in the last few years.

I have no cash, lousy credit, a low paying JOB, filed BK last year and got evicted as a renter and sued so I'm still in financial hades but I know I can climb out of it with wholesaling and get ahead and hopefully further this coming year.
