They are however building a straight path from Champions Gate to HW-192 which will help with commute drastically where it bottles up on I-4 at exit 58. 

I starting digging into real estate earlier this year and decided I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and see about investing in rental properties. 

Also, the community with massive resort-style amenities is a good way to invest (like Champions Gate, Storey Lake, Windsor at Westside, etc) since most of the travelers like to stay in those types of communities.
