Greetings from Jacksonville, FL!
Hello! My name is Caden. I starting digging into real estate earlier this year and decided I wanted to throw my hat in the ring and see about investing in rental properties. I spent the entire Spring and Summer gathering and learning as much information as I could while saving up my money. I plan on making my first purchase next year. Any advice is certainly welcome!
