I would advise a newbie to invest in real estate, provided they get the proper training, a great support team and ongoing education.  500K properly invested in different  real estate venues would give even a newbie the opportunity to realize a healthy ROI each month from their investments.

You could also park it next to a lake or close to venues and people will rent these right where they sit.

Hello biggerpockets, I come before you today to ask your opinion on a venue for a South Florida inaugural mastermind session.

I told my attorney we should change venue...try a different county because I felt discriminated against, but he said no.

Of course, this isn't a sure thing, but I'm sure business operators through AirBnB and other such venues are looking to limit liability as much as possible, and this would can possibly be one way.A close comparison example of my point is the tool of screening tenants.
