Not necessarily purchase together but maybe use same realtor, GCs, PMs, etc.... could also have someone drive by your property or properties when they’re out there to make sure any rehabs are underway or just that the property is being kept up....

Hello investors, we have a tiny duplex in a rundown area which we are sure to be hot in 2 years with billions of dollars of developments underway.

We are brand new to this world as well and eager to get underway!

However, there is a huge development now under way in close proximity to the College that will have 750 apartments, shops, a gym, etc.

I'm midway on my first BRRRR duplex, have my unit done and after an injury and some other setbacks, back underway on my second unit. 

What do we need to do to help get this under way?

I am curious about BP member thoughts on an Airbnb-purpose condo project underway in Austin.
