In our telephone screening we ask people " If you areapproved to rent the unit, will you be able to pay all the move-in costs at thetime of move-in? 

If I'm referring a lead out, the lead is already warm as I make the initial contact via telephone or email.

As I said before I'm sure real estate board could give you some advise and probably provides free telephone access to a real estate attorney.

HOA fees cover everything except telephone, contents insurance coverage.I was figuring that the appreciation potential from these levels of a renovated unit in a complex with good amenities on a prized beach area would be substantial.The HOA fees have been stable and they are looking for ways to reduce them.Thanks

I do what I just stated after I get a new listing and scout out their telephone number via spokeo, a bit more work, however I have received good feedback this way and have earned a few listings this way.

Lots of families doesn't use or evenb own a telephone.
