We are incentivized to keep guests happy as reviews are an important driver of property success. 

Drivers license, entity documents (for the LLC you want to close in), two months of bank statements, and your purchase agreement.

But if you choose to require it, or a Drivers License/State ID, I know of nothing saying you can't...at least Federally.

Overall, I would say the reviews amongst the two are very similar from those I have spoken to.The biggest driver I would say, assuming you are only looking to do one investment: would you rather have one property or three?
