Hi,I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question but I'll give it a shot: I'm in the process of buying a brick-siding property where the inspection record points out "spider cracks" (stair-step cracks) in the brick in several places.

You have a whole house to protect and tenting it is the only way to kill all the Brown Recluse and Black Widow spiders, cockroaches, palmetto bugs, rats, mice, snakes, possums etc.

The problem is the chemicals in the pool, react with the sealant, and instead of having a really nice rock layout where you see color running through the veins in the rock kind of thing, you see a washed out surface because the chemicals from the pool really interact with the sealant.  

This is the grossest option -- grab your flashlight and pull back a piece of skirting and climb under the house with spiders everywhere.
