Pet Fee for "Aggressive Fish Breed"

A story that's gone viral courtesy of TiKTok. Woman charged $200 pet fee for her "Aggressive fish" plus a $15/mo pet fee.

Article here:https://www.inman.com/2023/02/...

Reading this peaked my curiosity for what others are doing in terms of their pet policies for reptiles and aquatic animals. Do folks use gallon or weight restrictions for the tanks? If someone has 12 snakes do you allow all of them under one set fee? Looking to write up an official pet policy so any input and or suggestions are openly welcomed!
