Pay attention to properties that have sold within the past 3-6 months for the most accurate comparison.

I know I looked at Cozy and a couple of others at the time I was deciding which service to use, but honestly I can't recall the comparison specifics.

In comparison to personal residences, investment properties may demand additional documentation and underwriting requirements from lenders; nonetheless, a credit score of 730 is generally regarded as acceptable and may qualify for advantageous loan conditions.

Not saying they will not accept it, but showing a comparison of what the seller may consider. 

But, in that specific situation, I wasn't meaning to write anything about the future of the market there.This being said, I don't understand that kind of comparison with Playa del Carmen.

But like bigger picture, has anyone dealt with something like this (fully acknowledging that anything I may deal with pales in comparison to what she's dealing with)?
