I've heard rumors of one appraiser who hates the area growing so fast and ALWAYS comes in massively low. 

I like the goodnight area, they have big plans for that place and theres also a new neighborhood close to 35 by the toll road and I heard rumors of they building a mini zilker down here, so theres some exciting plans going on.

I've heard that property currently adjacent to Lake CA which is still in grazing today was or is owned by Red Emerson from Sierra Pacific, but I don't know if that's true or just a rumor. 

The Disney play would maybe work if you purchased a certain type of property in very close proximity to the park but the rumors of saturation worries are indeed true and something to be very aware of. 

Some are scheduled to be converted into elder housing.One of the new (2008) microtels, that definitely fell on hard times, caught fire last month, rumor is it was an insurance job. 

@Phil LoCicero I have to agree I have heard some of the rumors and its very scary to me as an investor.

That being said there always rumors of companies denying more then their share.  

Chinese equities have been hit particularly hard very recently because lots of very speculative negative rumor mongering most of which to me has little basis in reality or is so over blown as to be almost laughable.

Also policymakers all voted to keep the interest rates where they are until 2025 it's not like a rumor. 

I heard rumors lenders weren't offering this product right now, true?
