Hey anyone from Tulsa Oklahoma that would like to chat about Real estate or ya know gamma radiation or something?

Listing says baseboard electric, but I see hydronic radiators in the pictures.

Heat is delivered via one boiler (heated with natural gas) that feeds steam to radiators throughout the building.

I see this in a lot of older bathrooms that aren't properly ventilated and also behind old radiators under a window. 

I am 29 year old , single, tech worker with office in the city.with a budget of 850k , I am looking for a 2 bed 2 bath minimumMy options are:Hunter's point DublinHaywardFremontMilipitas Dublin and Hunter's point reduce the commute time compared to others.I would love to be in Hunter's point but there is this radiation rumor which seems serious.

The other downside is since it is a dedicated FA AC system, the vents need to be covered with magnet covers in the winter so ducts don't condensate in the months it's not in use.The old steam radiator heat has been wonderful!!!

The inspector advised on adding a radiator to the room.

Including the front radiator of a car!  

But remember there are additional costs associated with the conversion.... you will have to remove all the radiators..mine are large cast iron lots of labor.
