d) Are there apartment complexes, condominium complexes or townhouse complexes which provide such an option from a builder?

To further @Steve Babiak's point, if a prospective tenant dares to give you a bad check during application, you know that his/her rent checks in the future will bounce in the future (ie. bad tenant).

When some of us dared to report such matters to the proper authorities we were bullied and threatened with 30-day notices to vacate the premises.

The series is called Dare to Wear, it's new on TLC, and is either replacing or compliments What Not to Wear (can't remember which).

I see many who can, including some in my family, but will they dare?

And silencing all those "voices" that told me I was wrong for daring to take on such projects!

If you'r a U.S. citizen/green card holder things can be easier, particularly with funding (actually, i'd dare say maybe only in view of funding).
