Rent to Buy homes : Questions on Process and Pointers

Dear colleagues on Bigger Pockets,

I am moving to a new city - Miami (Kendall-Miami-date-FountainBleau area) from Atlanta, where I have lived for 5 years on rent.

I am considering moving to a rent to buy  Apartment or house. I intend to move in on 1st August. I intend to buy the property if I like the neighborhood and find it convenient  in 1 year's time.

However, i am unable to find either realtors or agents or websites where one can get information about rent to buy options.

Can anyone help with the following questions:

a) Are there guidelines about rent to buy that I must be aware off?

b) Are there listings  websites or realtors that can guide me through this process?

c) On an average - how easy (difficult) is it to locate one of these properties?

d) Are there apartment complexes, condominium complexes or townhouse complexes which provide such an option from a builder?

warm regards.
