I watched a guy walking down the street eating a bag of potato chips...he ate the last one and threw the bag on the ground as he was walking...there is no cure for that...not all the tax breaks in the world can change human behavior. 

When I was a kid we used potatoes to demonstrate electrical charge by placing a electrode into each end and running a wire to light up a bulb.

About halfway through the line my eyes told me I was looking at mashed potatoes.

I am a newer agent with about a dozen transactions under my belt so my knowledge is growing a foundation to start learning the meat and potatoes.

What you're asking for sounds a lot like you want someone to take raw meat & potatoes & serve them to you seasoned & ready to eat, but not cook it.

I know it's a controversial topic, so I'm going to be as meat and potatoes as I can in my discussion, but I started my own thread so I could give updates over time and not "bother" anyone else.

I would drop this buyer like a hot potato. 

I'm very small potatoes here, and don't know the ins and outs of financing, but it seems to me the entire system is consciously built to fail right now.
