Meaning, they are showing units, getting new clients etc but they are kind of light on the actual nuts and bolts of property management. 

If you want an apple tree, you have to wait some years for the fruit.

Boston prices are nuts but I think they will continue to rise.

In a nut shell, rent growth has remained elevated but not sky high.

I think because your ads on your own platform are free you just go nuts.

I was just saying 15k for one dwelling unit is nuts. an offshore architect is an architect not located in the United States. it means he can get to projects quicker, faster, more affordable, and higher quality than most architects in the United States. most architects want 10k for a set of drawings and I can get it done for 1/5 of that.
