Working men are my target market, hence the calendars.  

We were thinking the following:  1) we know these potential tenants have a paying job, 2) no commute for the tenants which would be appealing 3) most are men who are working and sending money home to their families so a dated decor is not a big deal and they just need a place to crash 4) renting these guys enables us to get income immediately vs spending money updating the property.   

The movie Grumpy Old Men comes to mind where he yells "you kids get off my lawn" (they aren't on the lawn). 

Laughing then they toasted the owner with a wine glass but beer bottles for the Chinese men.

I would love to be an agent but my background wont let me.. and im no where near the men i was when she met me.. i was working in west texas making 24hr and 100 per diem and didnt have no worries.. the happiest i ever been with myself.. also i mothers health was alot better then to.
