I block spammers and those with truly inappropriate comments, but chatters and flirters, do you ignore, politely brush off, unfriend, or block?

The SEC and FINRA will make your life miserable if you pay the wrong people for raising money or if you inappropriately pay yourself for raising money.

For example, a person with highly inappropriate posts, lots of anger or other questionable post are also a red flag.

It does not sound like anything inappropriate was done and that was certainly the seller's option to proceed to work with the first buyer or move on to another.

Would it be way too weird or inappropriate to take the appraiser out to lunch to pick his brain about what would make the biggest impact on the ARV?

Let's review who has and who has not acted inappropriately:1. 

They hate to see cash out refis because it is very easy to use that as an opportunity to inappropriately access gain prior to a sale. 

When a cash out refi occurs prior to a sale the IRS interprets that as a way of inappropriately taking profit.  

For example, "Your inappropriate language is harmful to our baby.
