Rental yields there are awful but appreciation can be immense - though only in certain areas.Lagos Nigeria interests me as well - sub Saharan Africa’s largest city and it’s coastal to boot.

The “good” news is 5 years ago they predicted a million Africans would get Ebola and only 20,000 did, I hope they are wrong by a factor of 50 again.
