In my area, Dallas County, which has turned Democratic, the juries are great for plaintiff’s attorneys and a case in my county is worth way more (for settlement purposes) than a case in neighboring Collin County, which is hard core Republican.

Admittedly they are pretty hard core, but so am I, and looks like you are looking for answers.

By some hardcore ( almost pure sulfuric acid) drain cleaner...use every time a tenant moves out....and dont get it on you.

I can see why turnkey does not work well for many of the hard core RE investors here on BP.

------As for the topic at hand, the most awesome fake gurus are the sports bettors. 

Just like Vegas will move the odds back and forth to attract bettors to both sides of the "game".  

So far I felt I need to give an application if they ask and then go through the review process until I find hard core facts to have the basis to reject.

I'm pretty hard core hiker, but my company is not always as hard core.  

That should only be for the hardcore predators, rapists, etc.

Finding hardcore drugs to be the problem is mind boggling, and  totally unexpected.
