@Scott HamiltonScott I congratulate you on hanging in there to get this project off the ground.

Someone didn't hang up the phone and actually IS interested in selling (the first time this has happened so far). the only thing is the home is a mobile home located in a senior community.

Hang in there and try to keep yourself motivated.. you may be surprised to the upside in the end.

So bookings will mostly come from one or the other.The scammers go after low hanging fruit.

So it may be worth hanging on for a bit longer to see if things start to calm down.They could also be problem properties.

They are a summer weight comforter and these are a bit thinner that those.Overall they are a larger size than your typical Walmart/Target comforter so they will hang nice on the bed and work great as a summer weight cover.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

I will definitely hang on to this great interest rate and ride that part out for now.

@Amy Lin - If it were me I would have an experienced attorney start the eviction process immediately.They are probably going to hang on as long as they can rent free as they have the closing proceeds.They might care about their credit if they do plan on buying another place, so you might have some leverage there.
