Well with all the global warming the government needs to control peoples breathing. that's what's causing the earth's temperature to rise. we can't have all these people breathing so much. 

As long as our government keeps a $18 trillion dollar deficit as as along as global deflation from China and the third world keeps interest rates at historic lows, real estate will keep being a boom and bust in Seattle.

For commercial loans liquidity and total net worth is looked at along with global cash flow.In liquidity usually counted is the cash value of the life insurance policy.

There are probably many implications of all this.It will be interesting to see what more I discover about the way global markets work through this deal.
