With the 19 viruses going on, the management delays my contractor to finish the half-done job on April 8th because the state shut down essential business until April 7th.

Plus with the virus situation being around people is not a good idea.

When the virus is under control, the economy from before will still be there, with pent up demand.

You really need to evaluate both markets, but if both markets have had similar impacts I wouldn't hesitate to move forward with your plan if that is your preferred course of action.The current market is a bit interesting in that some people think we are in for a long recession while others believe we will bounce back from this rather quickly after this virus subsides.

I had mentioned to them the possibility of buying it but they are planning to move out of the area.I think we're in a general economic bubble, and the COVID virus is the pin that has popped it.
