Seems like this “partner” fantasy is being used to try to mislead customers and clients through numerous service industries.  

Appreciation is great but its fantasy money until you finally sell. 

The idea that anyone is going to sell you a property with great cashflow right from the outset without a TON of work on your part is a fantasy.

In fact you came up with a lot of fantasies in your mind very quickly.

Like a stock portfolio.. or buy a few Subway sandwhich shops those can do very good over time I just not sure what the big fascination with getting rich with no money no credit is all about since its a fantasy for 99% of people.

I live in San Diego, CA with my parents rent free making $30 per chapter I edit for an author publishing a fantasy novel.

I look at both the sold comps and the rental comps... and a  lot of times it seems the Turnkey companies are presenting very optimistic numbers... sometimes fantasy figures... 

This is not a fantasy, this is what I'm doing.

- but most folks are looking for something else entirely, something that simply does not exist. as soon as one puts all of these fantasies aside, as soon as one looks deep inside and makes the decision to actually engineer a decent framework up front - which includes a sharp self-education in correctly perceiving reality, along with all of the practical matters that Jerryll mentioned above - then the true path begins. imo, this is a genuine awakening - believing in one's self above all others, working diligently and intelligently, accessing all of the wisdom that is already inside of you. all the best!!

with a quote of $50 grand to foreclose, is a fantasy number pulled out of someone's hat (or pulled from worse places), that added all things NOT related to the actual cost to foreclosure as supporting figures for their numbers.
