You should contact a company in your area to convert the coin-op laundry to e-payments (Venmo, Paypal, Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) to eliminate that fee.

That can be legally done under the correct situations.You made some serious mistakes in the purchase, that proper training would have prevented.Again, Subto is legal, when done legally and I am not saying you've done anything illegal.The real solution is to sell and pay off the loan.

Because now we eliminated the foot-print of autos.

I'm not saying you're doing this, but people will often make the mistake of looking into the highest priced rental unit and making that the "market rate" but it's often not a true comparable to the subject.

I personally don't quite see any of these positions being completely eliminated due to AI, at least not in the forseeable future.
