Personally, I don't think either of those technologies are even remotely ready to replace traditional wood framed houses yet... traditional framed houses are fast, cheap, simple, durable (if built correctly and well maintained), easy to modify/remodel, all of the trades are already trained to work on them, etc.

LVP is water proof and durable, sure.

Heather M.Wholesaling can be an effective and durable real estate strategy and can be ethical as well, but that requires a lot of work, ethics, and most likely a real estate license.

Some say, "Oh if they are still standing, then that shows that they are durable".  

Postcards are easier, and cheaper, and I use durable ones so they can "go on the fridge".When i am marketing I send out about 100/week and I do the screening.

It is readily available at Home Depot, great colors and realistic wood grain, very durable, low manufacturing defects, and by far the easiest to install.

It will need a new roof and all wood siding replaced with something more durable (has rot). 

We actually put effort into the interior design and - within reason - open up the floor plan, update kitchens and bathrooms and spend money on landscaping.The goal is always a combination of looks, durability and cost effectiveness.

It floats, it is durable, it is easy to install, rated for bathrooms and kitchens, as well, and best of all it is $1.69/sf at HD.  

Eggshell finish is a good choice for a durable finish.
