Hi Sasan,    I'm an architect working on an assisted living/ independent living and memory care development in the SF Bay Area.

I think I read it before a few years back, but I want to refresh my memory.  

I'm always amazed at how creative folks are in crafting offers for services that required a full-time employee just 20 years ago!

Oakland has so many craft beer locations now it's hard to keep track of them all! 

There is most likely room for another assisted living/memory care on my land but I do not have the know how or funding to build or operate one.

I am going to re establish my friendships with them by being active in their lives again and not be some old memory from years ago.

The better question would be does anyone here know a good RE attorney that can help you craft a quality lease agreement for your area and situation.

(this way you can craft a plan of action that is solving the seller's problem).

So there is always 3+ rolls per bathroom.Always done it this way, to my knowledge no one has ever stolen any toilet paper.My guests aren't paying for a place to stay... they are paying for memories of a great vacation.
