We use Hospitable as our PMS for automated messages and calendar syncing, PriceLabs for dynamic pricing and market analysis, Minut for noise monitoring, Schlage Encode locks, Ring cameras, and the Google suite for shopping spreadsheets and owner monthly invoices.

Just want a software that does a great job handling the overall operations smoothly, a one-stop-shop for all PM needs.

Turnkey companies are usually one stop shops that bring deals to (usually) out-of-state investors who bring deals to them, do the rehab if needed then manage them. 

Most home buyers don't shop loans and just take whatever the mortgage broker is selling them.

What I did was after my sale was under contract and I was down to a couple weeks from closing I started shopping seriously and had my replacement under contract a couple days before my sale closed.
