Black Friday Tool Shopping

I’m planning on doing some Black Friday shopping for some tools/gear to use for doing some rehab work. Likely just light cosmetic, fix ups, bath and kitchen remodel, landscaping. What do you guys suggest as must have, or most used tools? Particularly power related tools since those are usually discounted for Black Friday. 

Also, brand suggestions for quality?
