Physician Loan House-Hacking

Hey, all, I've started scouting lenders for when I graduate from my MD/MBA course in the spring and am able to access my physician loan. I was hoping to get more questions answered about the loan itself and what I should be doing in the meantime, when I can start shopping for houses, etc. If you have any tips for me as well that would be much appreciated (just bought my first STR this fall and the quad in the spring will be my first LTR). TIA.

Your best bet is to start a relationship with a local lender so you can get on the same page about what you need and when. You may get some decent advice here, but you will want to build that relationship in advance anyway.
