Investor canceled his trial membership, I will have to give them the benefit of the doubt that my experience probably isn't their normal level of customer service.The rep ended up offering me a complimentary membership, which I gladly accepted, and now I'm pretty motivated to dig into the information to evaluate the value of its content.
