We cannot value the 5/7/15-yr components.In an ideal world, we would cooperate, as our specialties complement each other.

By the way there can be two or three paths (few people can do more than 2 or 3 things really well) and they can complement each other.

We typically like to manage the property in it's entirety for owners, and then they get access to our full complement of contractors who are insured, and 100% employed by us.   

Also consider that you can "split the difference" and use some of your own funds and complement with hard money.

One of them is to find a "rich" partner that  complements you on what you know how to do.  

I would just encourage you use an experienced attorney to set it up since the Series LLC by itself is just one beneficial tool, if you can complement it with others it becomes a true powerhouse for asset protection.

It complements an LLC (which gives you the legal protection) and are often setup together.

The seller is my neighbor, and I have ideas for combining the parcels with complementing amenities, connecting trails, etc. 

I am thinking of using textured faux stucco with a brown-yellow paint to complement wood trim and restraining the floors so that the style is uniform.
