Contractors in Central New Jersey

Hi Everyone!

I am a real estate investor in Central New Jersey. My business partner and I currently have rental properties in Trenton, NJ that are occupied. We need a contractor to come and complete some city violation repairs. We already had two contractors come and do terrible work and didn't complete the jobs. So we have to go back to the drawing board and find a reliable contractor that is licensed, insured, and can provide examples of work and references. We are also looking to add reliable contractors to our team for our next purchases. If you are a contractor or know any, please let me know. We greatly appreciate it.
