As Andrew mentioned, you will have to be very price competitive to get January and February bookings.

The market is somewhat competitive, with homes receiving multiple offers and selling quickly, but there are still good opportunities with strong cap rates and value-add potential.Advantages of investing in a Rochester multifamily property:1.

Brokers have their place in the industry as do retail banks/mortgage bankers.

There are Class A industrial projects underway and the development of a large retailer.

Smoky Mountains seems to be a solid choice but I wonder about oversaturation and competition in that area?
