Consider the effects of color - dark will darken the room even though it looks classy and, if it gets nicks, the scratches will show the nicks more than a light color (same thing for cabinets).

Power wash it then decide if it's sound enough to just spray with a good coat of exterior paint, easy spray paint job top to bottom inside & out. .. touch up trim with a accent different color.. it's cute.

It's in fair shape, and I'm concerned that if I spend the money to rehab it, I may not get my money back out of it.I've also considered painting over everything a white or neutral color and painting the tub.
