I have a tenant that wants to move into one of my other units right away on the first.I am trying to accommodate them the best way I can by doing my final walk through inspection of the place at the end of the month when the Tennant leaves (notate repairs and habitation of unit) and complete a new walk through with the tenant moving in.Tenant is begging to have their cleaners come in the morning of the 1st which interferes with the walk through.

If you are renting by the room, I'd also get a cleaner in to clean the common areas.

We still handle guest communication but we have a cleaner on staff who makes maintenance/repair requests and handles supplies and orders.

I know of several STR operators in Cleveland, but I have a feeling with the number of properties they run, the cleaners are pretty well tied up.

So I would think that any good cleaning company could come and do a deep clean after a 3 month stay just like you would with a LTR tenant flip.There should be a ton of cleaners in that area.

You'll want to saturate that subfloor with some enzymatic cleaner and possibly some odor blocking paint thereafter if it smells really bad.
