It turned out my ins co renter was a complete slob - mostly because she left the home to her older children and was never there herself. and then became borderline hostile toward the end.

People have furniture, antiques, and children running around!

Some would argue in support of a neighborhood in close proximity to downtown Sacramento such as the homes off of Lighthouse Dr, others would want to attract families with elementary school children who prefer homes in Bridgeway Lakes near Bridgeway Island Elementary School due to it's higher Great Schools rating vs.

Now he does have children he wants to pass wealth to (cash) and not his business.

The fenced yard is a positive for small children (no added value) and dog owners ($50 month added value). 

Now Grandparents , Parents, and Adult Children all have their own place. 

He and his wife hold it in a revocable trust with plans for the asset to be distributed to his adult children.  

There is a woman from California looking to do this upcoming for a year before purchasing locally to live near her children, that sort of thing, and in her case taking it slowly.The lease is signed and they paid.

So many celebrities are leaving that the news talks about it quite regularly, and many of them cite increased crime, toxic policies, homelessness, a desire for their children to have better communities, etc.
