I've been in Central Florida since 2003.  

Scott,  Colusa is a small / Smallish farming community in the Central Valley of CA about 60 miles north of Sacramento and smack dab in the middle of the valley..

If the Bay Area is out of reach with high prices, I suggested Sacramento or Central Valley - I don't know much about the Central Valley except my local agent recommended Turlock and another agent said Fresno.
