I think you've captured it.

We built an ADU on the 2nd level of our home in San Diego, and I captured all of the costs that went into the construction of the ADU. 

It would be nice to capture those deductions / losses to be carried forward, if that's how their tax system works. 

We are not really talking about taking a passive loss on active income (hence the choice by most of #3 100 hours and no one more) since most of the depreciation was captured in 2023.Thank you for your input.

Google Streetview can be a great tool to peruse "block-by-block", but you do have to watch the Capture Date in the bottom righthand corner.

First, the cash flow (if you can actually capture it) can be great.

While it offers a valuable starting point for understanding the market trends, it may not capture the full range of price fluctuations within that area.

I like the strategy of being a great host and getting to know your guests to get direct bookings more than using a gimmick tool to capture their email and spam them. 

Make sure the marketing copy is on point and you have a handful of prime photos to capture a potential guest's attention.
