hiYes I got my education "paid for" all $300 of it ;)Danny has a point, that is why you need to talk to each brokerage and figure out what works for you.I felt that I was too inexperienced to go into boutique real estate company.

I'm glad I did, because the work I've done, and continue to do really helped me realize what I am passionate about - helping small business owners realize their dream of business ownership; specifically around the hospitality industry, ie, restaurants, bars, taverns and B&B's and boutique hotels, and business owners who lease space in commercial strip mall developments.So...with that in mind, and my soul searching in the month of June; I decided to jump back into insurance, but work in the area I liked the most, which was assisting my policyholders.

And this is just my opinion. Now John Jackson and I agree you can go to boutique mom and pop non-brand Realtors and ask to "buy their almost expireds" for $500 or so, if they sign up for you to LOA.But...If you get licensed you cant approach listed sellers, goes against the "Ethics" issue of Realtors.so....I love talking to listed sellers.I give them....- Top Sales Price for their house- No Agents commission- No closing costs- They can move out whenever they want- We will get them their PITI paid (IF the house meets my criteria)The home sellers just need to lease it for 12 to 12 months first. Many Agents do not like REIs, so why talk to them?
