Occasionally there is a problem and somebody is needed on a moments notice.

For those that are just doing it part-time or the occasional family member/friend, they likely don’t want to handle investors, anyway.

Occasionally you might find an investor/owner with a vacant house that puts a Rently box on or some kind of combo, but most of the time you will need a realtor to escort you. 

He occasionally brings me off market deals.

Our screening process tends to keep riff raff out, but like any real estate deal we see the occasional problem child and deal with them swiftly before they upset the order of the home.  

Having a virtual number has been necessary to allow me to scale and to take some time off occasionally.

Most of these wholesale deals will be terrible, but you will find decent deals occasionally.

Occasionally I will pay some outside bills, etc.  

I signed up as a pro member a year ago, but just now making a new member introduction.My main reason that I am finally making an introductory post is that I am signed up for the May Rookie Boot Camp and assigned myself preparation homework to do some networking on the BP forum and to make an occasional post.My goal is to find my first cash flowing real estate deal in 2024, so this introduction is my first earnest effort to get out of my comfort zone and start connecting and learning from the voices of experience.Sincerely,Joe
