Also, they only do eviction and Bankruptcy searches for Maine, not for the other states.Because of this, I signed up with Rentec Direct, which allows me to see the actual credit report.

I know in other states when I buy property I run into having to pay credit card judgements all the time, but it's never happened to me in the state of Florida.Any Florida attorney's can confirm that a non homestead property not in bankruptcy would be encumbered by Credit card judgements or other non specific real property liens like HOA, condoassn, muni fines etc...

However it states that the 2013, 2014 and 2015 taxes have been forfeited which I assume means sold. 2016 says no taxes sold.My brother is a massive degenerate and loser, his credit is already destroyed and he's filed for bankruptcy and owes over 400K to the IRS.
