.- Build a fourplex with contractor buddy hopefully have approval wrapped up and swinging hammers in January.- Start building an ADU on a rental this coming October 1st (hopefully done in 3-4 months).- Buy one local STR probably with a my partner.- Buy one lot in area I can start building a duplex or fourplex on.  

:Oh, so, you mean like say, get a person to transfer deed into your name on property while retaining there mortgage acquired under there name, there credit, there income, but now doing things in a manner to convey the benefits of said mortgage financing unto yourself who financing party never approved, reassigned to, or even has knowledge of.......
