Many times on mobile there is a topic which I'd like to respond to i depth not using my iPhone or I want to read in further detail...would be great if there was a way to mark the threads in the iPhone app as something to revisit later when I get back to my computer

In Texas the owner must file their petition before the second anniversary of the date of the sale of the property and they are divvied according to all that is owed ie: all outstanding legal debts in the order they occurred.

thanks Professional pictures, additional marketing to higher-end clientele, most higher-end tenants use agents which means there is a compensation on the other side of the transaction that has to be paid, and higher-end tenants usually have attorneys on hand that they like to use to review contract and such, which means more of my time dealing with the attorney and explaining to them the in's and out's of our leases (because they often don't understand).Lower-end properties have a plethora of applicants waiting to get in, post in on MLS, Facebook, and Craigslist and tenants will line up out the door from pics you took with your iPhone.

By the time X years have passed, the guideline specifying X years will itself likely have changed to be some number other than X (X-2 is what you hope for, but X+2 is also a possible change).So, instead, I'm simply going to suggest that you are at least a year out, and...Have your outlook or other digital calendar ping you annually on the date that the bk was completed (discharged etc), and dial for dollars annually asking your go-to lender what the current guideline is on that anniversary date following a chapter 7/13/whatever bk.
