Additionally, in having the combination of a fuse box and a 100A panel that has 2 open slots; it is likely that you would want/need to box off the old fuse box (using it as a junction box) and then replace the 100A panel with a newer/larger one with more slots.

If I have someone that is marginal that expresses interest, I will book them last minute in between two showing slots of strong candidates to fill up the schedule, but more importantly to create demand pressure on the strong candidates.

For what it's worth, listing agents can post their listings to Zillow (on both desktop and mobile as well as on partner sites), be identified as the listing agent, fixed in the top slot, with links back to their listing site -- for free.

For example if your neighbor for $800k because a developer could build 8 units but with the new code changes slot homes aren't allowed anymore and the max you can build is 5, you're not getting $800k, maybe more like $500k.

I go with a preponderance of evidence, just like Judge Judy :D - Vote to post ratio- Rough number of votes- Content of the post- My familiarity with the value of the poster's content- Whether the poster raised points I hadn't thought of before- Whether the poster's advice seems rational and reasonable- The type and length of experience of the poster- How the poster is held by other posters I respect- Whether or not the poster is selling anything/looking for business opportunities- Other (as applicable)I usually only look at profiles of either colleague requests or of people who I have become interested/intrigued in their posts.
