What I do know about myself is that I’m a fast learner and math used to be my favorite subject in school.

Currently house hacking it and in the works of adding a 2bd/1ba ADUSince then I’ve been continuing to read and study real estate but I’m more of a hands on learner and I ’ve been itching to get out In the field, check out some developments/properties, and connect with experienced investorsI’m seeking a mentorship/friendship with a seasoned investor with whom I can grow and create value We can grab a coffee, lunch, or visit one of your properties and I can roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty and assist in any way!

@Joe Funari thank I actually want to just dive in and learn while going in the journey because I’m a hands on learner the obstacles that I’m facing is not knowing what or rather how and where to start especially from being basic REI knowledge, financially limited state so I’m trying to find out as much as possible to get to the point of jumping in

Hay @Mohr Ben-ReuvenOn top of reading the book suggested here, and if you are a fast learner, here is a system that worked for me when I had to supervise a construction with zero experience. 

What's common among them:They treat it as a business, not a hobbyThey built a support network- lenders, private $, contractors, other investors, realtor, attorney, ......They had multiple mentorsThey studied their niche and know it wellThey built and/or purchased systems to support their businessOnce they became smart at implementing in one niche they pivot to another nicheThey are continuous learners 

I'm a visual learner maybe if I could shadow someone for a week or 2 I could definitely succeed.
