Hello everyone!

My name is Allan Pilapil and It's been 2 months since I bought my first property using an FHA loan. Currently house hacking it and in the works of adding a 2bd/1ba ADU

Since then I’ve been continuing to read and study real estate but I’m more of a hands on learner and I ’ve been itching to get out In the field, check out some developments/properties, and connect with experienced investors

I’m seeking a mentorship/friendship with a seasoned investor with whom I can grow and create value

We can grab a coffee, lunch, or visit one of your properties and I can roll my sleeves up and get my hands dirty and assist in any way!

Advice, knowledge, and input is always welcome! Thank you
